Anonymous Reporting Tool - English

This form can be used by anyone to report incidents or issues they would like to draw our attention to. This includes (but is not limited to) witnessing or being affected by inappropriate behaviour, harassment or scientific misconduct, issues with the university structure, problems with teaching personnel or professors as well as suggestions for change.

To be able to take effective action at the Faculty we need to be aware of the prevalent issues affecting students and staff. Since not everyone wishes to officially report issues or incidents this form enables anonymous reporting to lower this barrier and help us understand the problems at the Faculty.

The data collected in this survey is managed by selected representatives from the Roter Vektor Physik and the diversity cordinator of the Faculty of Physics, Brigitte Bischof. The data management is elaborated in the next section: nothing will be shared without explicit permission.

This tool is completely anonymous, the main purpose is to collect data on what type of incidents happen at the Faculty - we will not take direct action for a specific case! If you would like to make a formal complaint, are looking for support from us or would prefer to explain the situation via E-Mail or in person, please write us at: stv.dok_nawi@oeh.univie.ac.at

This survey is anonymous.
The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.
